How do I remove a Prosody X chassis (HA or Enterprise) from my system?
All Proosdy X chassis are controlled remotely by the controlling host system, and as such the controlling host must be configured with the card details.
If you wish to remove a card from a controlling host, it’s configuration must also be removed. There are a number of ways to do this:
- Using the Aculab Configuration Tool (ACT)
- Using the following command from a command line prosody_ip_card_mgr --serial
--remove - Programmatically, using the Resource manager API
