Licence for use of software and documentation
The licensing terms for Aculab Cloud are described in section 4 of the Aculab Cloud terms and conditions of service.

A summary of both of the licensing agreements is provided below.
Summary
Aculab’s licences refer to software and documentation (the “Material”) originated by and supplied by Aculab, via Aculab’s website, the Aculab Cloud console, or by any other means. The use of any third party software shall be subject to the terms of the licence issued by the licensor of the relevant third party software.
All copyright and intellectual property right in any such Material in any form whether printed or stored electronically shall remain with Aculab, and in no circumstances shall any title or copyright in any such material be conferred.
All such Material is provided solely for use in conjunction with Aculab products.
Except as provided for in the licensing terms, no such Material or any part of such Material shall be copied, reproduced or utilised in any form or by any means whatsoever without the written approval of Aculab.
Aculab grants a non-exclusive licence to use the Material in the form provided, or in the case of source code either in the form provided (unless prevented under a different agreement) or in compiled or binary form, in connection with your business purposes, provided always that:
- You do not delete, amend or otherwise alter any copyright or other notices or legends displayed, contained in or attached to the Material
- You do not reverse compile or reverse engineer the Material except as permitted by law
- You may only sublicense the Material if the terms of this entire Licence are passed on to the recipient
Warranty and limitation of liability
The materials in this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Aculab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Aculab does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
