What can I check before contacting technical support if I am having difficulty with GroomerII SS7 (C7)?
Check the following: -
- E1/T1 trunk has been enabled by your telecommunications provider.
- The cabling is not damaged.
- The telecommunications provider has configured the line to the protocol you requested.
The CRC status of the line.
- You have the information regarding CICs (circuit identification codes).
- You have the information regarding SLCs (signalling link codes).
- You have the information regarding local SP or SPs, remote SP or SPs.
- You have the information regarding STP or STPs etc.
- You have the information regarding signalling timeslots.
