Types Of Account

Aculab Cloud offers three levels of account: Trial, Production and Premium and continues to support Developer accounts. You can upgrade from your initial Trial account to a Production account from the Account upgrade page in the Cloud Console.


  • When you sign up with Aculab Cloud you get a Trial account. This allows you to place and receive telephone, SIP and WebRTC calls and write applications that interact with those calls.

    On a Trial account you get

    • 10$ free credit

    and you can

    • validate 1 number in your country (to receive calls and SMS)
    • purchase 1 number in your country (subject to local regulations)
    • make outbound calls up to 23c per minute to your validated number
    • send SMS/MMS to your validated number
    • receive calls and messages on your purchased number
    • access Voice Biometrics on a trial basis
    • create 5 inbound and 5 outbound services
    • access all other Aculab Cloud features

    Lifetime:

    Trial accounts expire automatically after 1 month, after which your webservices access will be restricted. You will still be able to log on to the Aculab Cloud Console for 4 more weeks. If you wish to continue using Aculab Cloud you can upgrade your account to a production account.

    If you choose to upgrade your account in this time then all your services and numbers will be retained and your account will be fully functional once again.

    If you do not take any action by this time, you will no longer have access to our Aculab Cloud Console and APIs. Additionally:

    • Any services you have set up will be deleted.
    • Any purchased phone numbers will be released. There is no guarantee you'll have access to the same number once released.
    • Any media files and REST logs will be deleted.
    • Any remaining credit will be lost.
